Grinnell United Way advances the common good in Grinnell by enhancing three key building blocks:
- Education
- Income
- Health
These efforts are focused on children, seniors, women, and all people in need. We strive to improve these people’s lives by dealing with the underlying causes of problems. LIVE UNITED is a call to action for everyone to become a part of the change.
Fund allocation decisions are made by the local board members who review agency programs in light of community needs. In return, the funded agencies are required to show accountability for funds received.
In excess of 98% of your contribution goes directly to agencies and the services they provide. As a United Way supporter, you may designate your gift to a specific United Way agency.
